The Caseificio Bio Reggiani, also in this 2019, is enthusiastic about joining the “Caseifici Aperti” initiative, organised by the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium. These will be two days (Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 April) dedicated to Parmigiano Reggiano, how it is produced and how it can be enjoyed. As always, we have organised a programme full of events that will take place during the 2 days:
Photographic competition with prizes “BioScatto” (register here): like last year, we are once again proposing the “Bio Scatto Competition”, to make you even more protagonists of your visit! What is it all about? Photograph yourself, a detail, a moment… then post the photo on Facebook or Instagram tagging the dairy (@caseificiobioreggiani or #eventibioreggiani). We will reward the most beautiful, funniest photo with 3 kg of our Organic Parmigiano Reggiano a voucher to order with free shipping from our E-commerce.
Guided tours: these are our speciality. During Open Dairy Days, however, we will take you on a tour of our dairy throughout the day (from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a stop for lunch). You will be able to touch our products, machinery, animals and get to know our team. We have nothing to hide, only to share!
Free gifts for all visitors: it is our tradition to leave a souvenir (not just an emotional one) for our visitors. During Caseifici Aperti we will present each of you with a personalised souvenir (as a surprise!).
Tasting and sampling: you will be able to taste our inimitable organic Parmigiano Reggiano in all its ages (from 12 months upwards). For the occasion, there will be the exceptional opening of the 84-month ripened wheels! We will give you the chance to try a taste more unique than rare.
Traditional Emilian lunch: with the collaboration of a local catering agency, we have prepared a typical traditional Emilian lunch with our products. Lasagne, Tortelli, Sausage, Fonduta… 5 euro per plate without distinction!
