It has just started! The ‘IV Week of Italian Cuisine in the World’ will take place from 19 to 24 November in Baku and will feature a number of Italian producers selected to represent Italian cuisine in the world.
We at Caseificio Bio Reggiani are part of the team! They have chosen us as the only representatives for Parmigiano Reggiano and this honours us in no small measure.
These will be days entirely dedicated to Made in Italy Cuisine, in which representatives of companies, restaurants, hotel chains, etc. from all over the world will be able to taste authentic Italian cuisine, in an unprecedented location.
To enrich it all, no less than Chef Carlo Cracco, will prepare unique dishes for those present, using the products of supplier companies (including our own organic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese).
What can I say… another great achievement for our dairy, which started seven years ago with only three cows, but a lot of passion for the land, animals and good quality food.
