Ingredients
Whole milk 250 g
Organic Parmesan cheese 36 months 100 g
Butter 110 g
Flour 00 125 g
4 Eggs
Nutmeg to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Introduction
36-month Parmesan Cheese Croquettes are a simple dish to prepare, but with guaranteed success! Tasty, tasty and excellent for an aperitif with friends, perhaps accompanied by a nice glass of white wine.
Preparation
Let the dancing begin by melting the butter in a saucepan with the milk until it comes to the boil. Then remove the saucepan from the heat to add the flour, stir the mixture and return it to the heat.
Let the mixture dry out, stirring non-stop for a few minutes (make sure to use a wooden spoon!). Now take the pan off the heat, add the eggs and stir until combined. Then add the grated 36 month Parmesan cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix again and obtain a final homogeneous mixture.
Now make little balls of the mixture and place them on a baking tray with baking paper. You can make them either with a pastry bag or 2 spoons. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes… et voila! Your 36-month Parmesan croquettes will be ready to be enjoyed. Enjoy!
