Matured 60-month organic Parmesan cheese tip
The king of seniors in the family, it brings with it the unmistakable taste of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, but thanks to the maturing process of at least 60 months, its flavour is very strong, on the palate it is dry, clean, lively, predominant, its decisive harmony and intensity make it an important and complete product.
If dosed well, it can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes and recipes, or proposed as the protagonist of tastings and aperitifs or for an end to a meal with strong character. Excellent in combination with honey, jams, mustards, dry red wines and aged balsamic vinegar.
Not suitable for the most delicate palates, recommended for true lovers of mature cheeses.
Composed of cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to stand at a controlled temperature.
