1. Introduction and effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n\n

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the ‘General Terms and Conditions’) govern the purchase of products and services, made at a distance and made available, via the Internet, from the website www.bioreggiani.com (hereinafter, the ‘Site’) in compliance with the Italian regulations set forth in Legislative Decree 206\/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, the ‘Consumer Code’).<\/p>\n\n

The seller of the products and owner of the Site is: Caseificio BioReggiani with registered office in Via Francesco Baracca, 6\/a 41013 Castelfranco Emilia (MO), C.F 00171110364 \/ P.I. 02719390367 E-mail address: shop@bioreggiani.com<\/a><\/p><\/p>\n\n

The consumer who accesses the Site to make purchases (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’) is obliged, before sending the order, to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions that have been made available to him\/her on the Site and that will be available for consultation at any time by the Customer also through the link contained in the confirmation email of each order to allow him\/her to reproduce and memorise them. <\/p>\n\n

2. Choosing and Ordering Products<\/h2>\n\n

The characteristics and price of the various products for sale on the Site (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Product’ or ‘Products’) are shown on the page relating to each Product.<\/p>\n\n

To purchase Products, the Customer shall fill in and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions on the Site. The Customer shall add the Product to the “Shopping Cart” and, after having read the General Conditions and Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a> and confirmed their acceptance, shall enter the shipping and invoicing data, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.<\/p><\/p>\n\n

By sending the order from the Site, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he\/she has read all the information provided to him\/her during the purchase procedure and that he\/she fully accepts the transcribed General Terms and Conditions and Payment Conditions.<\/p>\n\n

The contract stipulated between Caseificio BioReggiani and the Client must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Caseificio BioReggiani. This acceptance is communicated to the Client through an email confirmation of the order itself containing a reference to these General Conditions, the order number, the shipping and invoicing data, the list of the Products ordered with their essential characteristics and the total price, including delivery charges.<\/p>\n\n

Una volta ricevuto l\u2019ordine, Caseificio BioReggiani verificher\u00e0 la disponibilit\u00e0 degli stock per l\u2019evasione dell\u2019ordine stesso. Nel caso in cui uno o pi\u00f9 Prodotti non risultassero disponibili, il Servizio Clienti del Caseificio BioReggiani invier\u00e0 tempestiva comunicazione via email al Cliente il quale, entro le successive 24 ore, avr\u00e0 facolt\u00e0 di rispondere per confermare la spedizione degli eventuali ulteriori Prodotti disponibili o annullarla. In caso di mancata risposta entro tale termine, l\u2019ordine verr\u00e0 considerato confermato e i Prodotti disponibili saranno messi in spedizione. Qualora solo pochi Prodotti non risultassero in stock, Caseificio BioReggiani evader\u00e0 l’ordine con i Prodotti disponibili. In entrambi i casi, l’importo relativo ai Prodotti mancanti verr\u00e0 stornato e rimborsato immediatamente a seconda del metodo di pagamento prescelto.<\/p>\n\n

3. Product Information<\/h2>\n\n

Information and characteristics relating to the Products are available, with the relevant Product codes, on the Site.<\/p>\n\n

The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description sheet. It is understood that the image of the Products themselves has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics and quality but may differ in colour and size. In the event of a difference between the image and the written product description sheet, the product description sheet shall always prevail.<\/p>\n\n

4. Prices and Shipping<\/h2>\n\n

Product prices include all taxes and duties. All prices are in Euro. \n<\/p>\n\n

Tutta la filiera di spedizione \u00e8 affidata ad MBE, che sceglier\u00e0 in base alla zona di destinazione il corriere che offre il miglior servizio; <\/p>\n\n

il costo della spedizione \u00e8 proporzionale al peso ordinato, alla zona di destinazione e al tipo di spedizione prescelta. Standard con consegna in massimo 5 giorni lavorativi o Express assicurata in 24h \/48h dalla spedizione della merce.<\/p>\n\n

Spedizioni USA ed extra EU:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Tutta la filiera di spedizione \u00e8 affidata ad MBE, che sceglier\u00e0 in base alla zona di destinazione il corriere che offre il miglior servizio; <\/p>\n\n

il costo della spedizione \u00e8 proporzionale al peso ordinato, alla zona di destinazione e al tipo di spedizione prescelta. Standard con consegna in massimo 7 giorni lavorativi o Express assicurata in 72h \/144 h dalla spedizione della merce.<\/p>\n\n

NB: NEL TOTALE ORDINE + SPEDIZIONE SONO ESCLUSI I COSTI\/TASSE DI DOGANA DEL PAESE EXTRA EU di DESTINAZIONE. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

5. Payment and Invoicing<\/h2>\n\n

5.1 Payment Methods<\/h3>\n\n

The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by PayPal, Stripe and Cash on Delivery.<\/p>\n\n

PayPal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he\/she can make the payment with his\/her bank account or using a card, even a prepaid card, or in any case in accordance with the modalities accepted by PayPal and in compliance with its conditions.<\/p>\n\n

Paypal accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura and Discover.<\/p>\n\n

For further information on prepaid cards, please refer to Paypal’s terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n

Mark<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Questo metodo di pagamento \u00e8 disponibile\u00a0solo per le spedizioni effettuate in Italia. Il pagamento avverr\u00e0 all\u2019atto della ricezione dei Prodotti e potr\u00e0 essere effettuato esclusivamente in contanti per ordini fino a 150\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Grazie alla piattaforma Payments di Stripe\u00a0accettiamo carte di credito, carte di debito e modalit\u00e0 di pagamento diffuse in tutto il mondo<\/strong>. Inoltre, supportiamo le carte internazionali, la conversione di valute, l’autenticazione 3D Secure. Stripe Accetta tutte le principali carte di debito e di credito da clienti di ogni paese. Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express. <\/p>\n\n

5.2 Invoicing of Orders<\/h3>\n\n

If the purchase is made by a professional, an invoice will be issued. In that case, the invoice will be sent by email to the specified address. The professional is responsible for the correct input of the invoice data.<\/p>\n\n

6. Transport and delivery<\/h2>\n\n

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure in the appropriate field.<\/p>\n\n

N.B. <\/strong>All purchases will be shipped by express courier from Monday to Wednesday<\/strong>, excluding public holidays and national holidays in Italy. Orders received from Wednesday Afternoon to Sunday will be shipped from Monday of the following week (except in exceptional cases). Why this choice? To be able to guarantee and maintain maximum product quality during transport, thus avoiding possible stocks in the warehouse during weekends.<\/p><\/p>\n\n

Caseificio BioReggiani is not liable for unforeseeable delays or delays not attributable to it.<\/p>\n\n

In ogni caso, salvo in casi di forza maggiore o caso fortuito, i Prodotti ordinati saranno consegnati entro un termine di 7 (sette) giorni lavorativi per Italia ed Europa a decorrere dal giorno successivo a quello in cui Caseificio BioReggiani ha confermato l\u2019ordine al Cliente tramite apposita email di conferma d\u2019ordine.<\/p>\n\n

Per ordini con destinazione USA ed altri paesi extra UE i tempi di consegna sono previsti tra i 4 giorni lavorativi ed i 7 giorni lavorativi<\/p>\n\n

Ricordiamo che per i Paesi Extra EU sono previste le spese di Tasse Doganali, che variano a seconda del Paese di destinazione. Tali spese sono a carico del destinatario, e non comprese nel totale dell’ordine.<\/p>\n\n

Pertanto consigliamo di verificare i costi di Dogana prima di effettuare l’ordine Extra EU. Caseificio Bio Reggiani non \u00e8 in alcun modo responsabile di eventuali spese Tasse Doganali.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

7. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n\n

La ditta riconosce all\u2019acquirente il diritto di reso previsto dalla legge; che si applica esclusivamente nel caso di acquisti effettuati da clienti privati. Ai sensi della suddetta normativa, il cliente ha il diritto di recedere dall\u2019acquisto entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento merce. Per esercitare tale diritto dovr\u00e0 inviare alla Ditta una comunicazione a mezzo Raccomandata a\/r indirizzata a:<\/p>\n\n

La comunicazione \u00e8 bene che sia anticipata a mezzo e mail, purch\u00e9 venga confermata entro le 48 ore successive con modalit\u00e0 sopra esposta. Il diritto si applica alla merce acquistata nella sua interezza; non \u00e8 possibile esercitare il recesso solamente su una parte di prodotto. La merce deve essere resa nel suo imballo originale, integra e priva di manomissioni.<\/p>\n\n

Le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione sono a carico del Cliente a mezzo assicurata porto franco. Non saranno accettati pacchi in contrassegno o in porto assegnato. L’integrit\u00e0 del prodotto e delle confezioni da restituire \u00e8 condizione essenziale per l\u2019esercizio del diritto di recesso. Dopo aver ricevuto la merce contestata e averne verificato lo stato di conservazione, Caseificio Bio Reggiani rimborser\u00e0 al cliente, entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione, l\u2019intero importo dell\u2019ordine pagato per la merce tramite Bonifico Bancario attraverso le coordinate bancarie (codice IBAN) del conto corrente del Cliente.<\/p>\n\n

The Customer Service of Caseificio BioReggiani will provide, once received the communication, to open a file for the management of the return and to communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the Products, which will take place by courier indicated by Caseificio BioReggiani itself.<\/p>\n\n

The right of withdrawal is governed by the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n

I. The right applies to the purchased Product in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on part of the purchased Product.<\/p>\n\n

II. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised Caseificio BioReggiani will reimburse the customer the full amount of the returned goods, within 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal was received, without prejudice to Caseificio BioReggiani’s right to suspend payment of the reimbursement until the actual receipt of the goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the latter has expressly requested a different method.<\/p>\n\n

III. Also in order to be able to guarantee free of charge the return pursuant to Article 8 below, the Products must be returned in the same box in which they were received.<\/p>\n\n

IV. Oltre ai casi indicati in Premessa (cliente non consumatore e\/o che richiede la fattura), il diritto di recesso \u00e8 escluso <\/strong>nei seguenti casi, ai sensi dell\u2019art. 59 d.lgs 21\/2014:<\/p>\n\n
