A Working Family with a Dream.

Everything we know we have learnt from the generous soil of Castelfranco Emilia, where our family has been farming, breeding and producing milk for generations. In 2005, with our hands full of this land and a dream in our hearts, we decided to convert the production chain of our dairy to organic. It was a leap that required a good deal of courage and countless sacrifices. After so many years, we know we made the right choice. Our organic Parmigiano Reggiano is the gastronomic expression of an ancient and precious world. A unique cultural heritage.

Zero KM Supply Chain: Our Commitment to a Healthier Future.

Every great story begins with a challenge. For the BIO Reggiani cheese factory, the challenge was to completely change every stage of the supply chain by applying organic production regulations. It was a complex and time-consuming process, but we never gave up. We continued to work head down with passion to achieve a dream that we knew was bigger than ourselves: to help create a healthier future for our children and the environment.  We do this by offering consumers a genuine product, made from the milk of happy cows and with a totally natural zero-mile supply chain.

The Journey of The Caseificio BIO Reggiani Continues.

We can almost see the small barn with the five cows we started with. We have come a long way since that day. Our farm has evolved, as has our work. We keep abreast of organic regulations and apply new farming methods to take better care of our cattle, which now number 500 head. Our organic Parmigiano Reggiano DOP has won prestigious awards, and we have enriched our production with ricotta, butter and fresh organic caciotta. One thing, however, has remained the same: the passion for what we do. This is the one, true engine that powers our world. Every wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano we produce tells of all this: the hard work, the craftsmanship, the territory and the immense joy we put into our work.
