Everything we know we have learnt from the generous soil of Castelfranco Emilia, where our family has been farming, breeding and producing milk for generations. In 2005, with our hands full of this land and a dream in our hearts, we decided to convert the production chain of our dairy to organic. It was a leap that required a good deal of courage and countless sacrifices. After so many years, we know we made the right choice.
