Advice and Useful Info:

We recommend keeping the organic Parmesan cheese at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.

As soon as the package is opened, the product may be slightly moist, which is completely normal as it is vacuum-packed.

Storage after opening:

Parmesan can be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in food film or a cotton cloth and placed in glass or plastic cheese containers.

Avoid temperature fluctuations: it is always a good idea to cut the portion we consume at the moment and immediately place the remainder in the refrigerator.

The 18-month maturing period already gives our organic Parmigiano Reggiano its typical taste, while maintaining a certain sweetness and crispness.

Excellent for tastings and aperitifs. Accompany with fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams.
