Advice and Useful Info:
We recommend keeping the organic Parmesan cheese at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.
As soon as the package is opened, the product may be slightly moist, which is completely normal as it is vacuum-packed.
Storage after opening:
Parmesan can be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in food film or a cotton cloth and placed in glass or plastic cheese containers.
Avoid temperature fluctuations: it is always a good idea to cut the portion we consume at the moment and immediately place the remainder in the refrigerator.

N.B. This is due to the impossibility of making “standard” cuts or weighing due to the crumbly nature of Parmigiano Reggiano itself and the possible difference in weight, even between cheeses of the same maturation.
The 18-month maturation already gives our organic Parmigiano Reggiano its typical taste, while maintaining a certain sweetness and crispness.
Excellent for tastings and aperitifs. Accompany with fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams.
Made from cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to rest at a controlled temperature.
