Advice and Useful Info:

We recommend keeping the organic Parmesan cheese at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.

As soon as the package is opened, the product may be slightly moist, which is completely normal as it is vacuum-packed.

Storage after opening:

Parmesan can be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in food film or a cotton cloth and placed in glass or plastic cheese containers.

Avoid temperature fluctuations: it is always a good idea to cut the portion we consume at the moment and immediately place the remainder in the refrigerator.

The decisive middle brother of the family, it carries with it the unmistakable taste of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, but thanks to its maturation of at least 30 months, it has more decisiveness, flavour and intensity than the lesser ripenings.
It can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes, or an excellent cheese for a decisive, but not too demanding end to a meal. Excellent for tastings and aperitifs, to accompany fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams.

Composed of cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to stand at a controlled temperature.
