Cooperativa Agritur’s organic jams are made without thickeners, preservatives, flavourings or colourings, and contain only the sugars of the fruit. The fruit is 100% of Italian origin and is picked and supplied exclusively by the cooperative’s own members. The special processing method in a concentration bale allows the organoleptic properties of the fruit and its natural colour to remain intact, as well as preserving all its aroma and flavour.
Sambucus nigra is a plant used in broad-spectrum phytotherapy due to its diuretic, diaphoretic, laxative, emetic and antineuralgic properties. The absence of thickeners and added sugar guarantees the high quality of the product.
