Advice and Useful Info:

We recommend keeping the organic Parmesan cheese at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.

As soon as the package is opened, the product may be slightly moist, which is completely normal as it is vacuum-packed.

Storage after opening:

Parmesan can be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in food film or a cotton cloth and placed in glass or plastic cheese containers.

Avoid temperature fluctuations: it is always a good idea to cut the portion we consume at the moment and immediately place the remainder in the refrigerator.

The king of the super-seniors in the family, it brings with it the unmistakable taste of Organic Parmigiano Reggiano, but thanks to the maturing process of at least 72 long months, the taste is very strong, on the palate it is dry, grainy, clean, lively, predominant, its decisive harmony and intensity make it an important and complete product.
If dosed well, it can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes and recipes, or proposed as the protagonist of tastings and aperitifs or for an end to a meal with a strong character. Excellent incombination with honey, jams, mustards, dry red wines and aged balsamic vinegar.

Suitable for those who do not tolerate milk protein.

Not suitable for the most delicate palates, recommended for true lovers of mature cheeses.
