Tip of Organic Parmesan Cheese aged over 24 months
The mezzano of the family, it brings with it the unmistakable taste of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, but thanks to its maturation of at least 24 months it has a stronger and more savoury flavour than the young 12 and 18 month maturations.
It can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes, or an excellent cheese for an end to a meal with character, but not too demanding. Excellent for tastings and aperitifs, to accompany fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams.
Composed of cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to stand at a controlled temperature.
