Cooperativa Agritur’s organic jams are made without thickeners, preservatives, flavourings or colourings, and contain only the sugars of the fruit. The fruit is 100% of Italian origin and is picked and supplied exclusively by the cooperative’s own members. The special processing method in the Concentration Boule allows the organoleptic properties of the fruit and its natural colour to remain intact, as well as preserving all its aroma and flavour.
