The youngest of the family, it carries the unmistakable taste of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, with its delicate flavour that is sweet and tender on the palate.
It can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes, or an excellent cheese for an undemanding end to a meal. Excellent for tastings and aperitifs. Goes well with fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams. Made from cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to rest at a controlled temperature.
