Advice and Useful Info:

We recommend keeping the organic Parmesan cheese at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C.

As soon as the package is opened, the product may be slightly moist, which is completely normal as it is vacuum-packed.

Storage after opening:

Parmesan can be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in food film or a cotton cloth and placed in glass or plastic cheese containers.

Avoid temperature fluctuations: it is always a good idea to cut the portion we consume at the moment and immediately place the remainder in the refrigerator.

One of the youngest in the family, it carries the unmistakable taste of Organic Parmesan with its delicate flavour that is sweet and tender on the palate. It can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes, or an excellent cheese for an undemanding end to a meal. Excellent for tastings and aperitifs. Goes well with fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams. Made from cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to rest at a controlled temperature.
