Cooperativa Agritur’s organic jams are made without thickeners, preservatives, flavourings or colourings, and contain only the sugars of the fruit. The fruit is 100% of Italian origin and is picked and supplied exclusively by the cooperative’s own members. The special processing method in a concentration bale allows the organoleptic properties of the fruit and its natural colour to remain intact, as well as preserving all its aroma and flavour.
Plums or prunes, two different names for one fruit, with laxative and diuretic properties, rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C and mineral salts (potassium, phosphorus, magnesium and calcium). Plum compote goes perfectly with both sweet and savoury. Its high concentration of fruit allows its flavour to be fully enjoyed. The absence of thickeners and added sugar guarantees the high quality of the product.
