We are not responsible for the storage conditions and any deterioration of our products if not communicated within 14 days of receiving the order. For this reason we recommend checking the integrity and tightness of the vacuum often. Keep organic Parmigiano Reggiano at a temperature between 4°C and 8°C in the refrigerator.

As soon as the package is opened, the product may be slightly moist, which is completely normal as it is vacuum-packed.

Storage after opening:

Parmesan can be stored in the refrigerator wrapped in cling film and placed in special glass or plastic cheese containers.

Avoid temperature changes: it is always advisable to cut the portion we consume from time to time and immediately place the remainder in a well-sealed refrigerator.

The strong middle brother of the family, it carries with it the unmistakable taste of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, but thanks to its maturation of at least 30 months, it has more flavour and intensity than the lesser ripenings.
It can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes, or an excellent cheese for a decisive, but not too demanding end to a meal. Excellent for tastings and aperitifs, to accompany fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams.

Composed of cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to stand at a controlled temperature.
