Tip of Organic Parmesan Cheese aged over 30 months – 0.5 Kg
The strong middle brother of the family, it carries with it the unmistakable taste of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, but thanks to its maturation of at least 30 months, it has more flavour and intensity than the lesser ripenings.
It can become a good ally in the preparation of your dishes, or an excellent cheese for a decisive, but not too demanding end to a meal. Excellent for tastings and aperitifs, to accompany fresh fruit and vegetables, dry white wines, balsamic vinegar and jams.
Composed of cow’s milk, milked morning and evening, collected immediately after milking, cooled and then left to stand at a controlled temperature.
